The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, particularly in inbound travel or MICE services. The position is based in Gurgaon.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage travel operations, ensuring seamless execution of travel itineraries and events.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure all aspects of travel and events are well-coordinated and meet high-quality standards.
• Handle inquiries and provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to contribute to the overall success of projects.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist in administrative tasks related to travel operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum graduation in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of experience in travel and tourism, specifically in inbound travel or MICE services.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:

Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
